I have successfully included .css and javascript on my local host using the default minimal extropy skin, but when I try to add the forty fingers code to a skin we have purchased and upload the changed files this fails to work. What files do I need to change in the skin? I have modified all the .ascx files in the skin, but I still cannot see the javascript files in the header of the source on my remote server. I have checked that this plugin is installed on the remote server and it is. Any help much appreciated.
