Sorry, this was my mistake - the bottom example is actually a LinkButton, not a ModuleAction, so it's a problem with the module.

I still wish the different types of Actions were categorised so we could target our styles better depending on what type of command it is...

For example, my login page now shows the Join and Forgot Password as styled buttons whereas I would prefer that these were links. Unless there is a way of overriding them in CSS (I am pretty rubbish at CSS admittedly!)
