IndicateChildren="true | false" is causing a problem with my sub-sub menus

IndicateChildren="true"

The sub-sub-menu behaves as expected.

IndicateChildren="false"
The sub-sub menu is way out of position.

Cool, solved it. in the css I need to include:

.mi td {padding-left: 1px;}

The td is needed since I'm not using the CustomAttribute for UL.

I've noticed while I'm studying the Source Code in Chrome that the menu appears to have unclosed <td> and <span> tags and I'm wondering if this was an oversight, or if I'm missing something, whether this should be fixed or what...

For a simple example; lets look at a simple 2 tab menu

Home
...Not Home

The code appears as:

<span>
    <span class="simpleMenu" id="dnn_NAV2_ctlNAV2" tabindex="0">
        <div id="dnn_NAV2_ctlNAV2ctr39" class=" bc mi mi0 id39 root first last firstlast">
            <span class="icn">
            <span id="dnn_NAV2_ctlNAV2ctr39" class="txt" style="cursor:pointer;">Home</span>
        </div>
        <table id="dnn_NAV2_ctlNAV2sub39" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="position:absolute; top:60px; clip:rect(auto auto auto auto);" class="m m0 mid39">
            <tbody>
                <tr id="dnn_NAV2_ctlNAV2ctr66" class=" hov sel bc mi mi0-0 id66 first last firstlast">
                    <td class="icn">
                        <span>
                    </td>
                    <td>
                        <span id="dnn_NAV2_ctlNAV2t66" class="txt" style="cursor:pointer;">Not Home</span>
                    </td>
                    <td>
                </tr>
            </tbody>
        </table>
    </span>
</span>

 Hi
 I don't want to seem to be discounting this initiative as it seems popular and I am all for definitive threads on these forums but I do not understand why anyone would struggle with this control's styles at all.
 1: AFAIK: Its still as bad as Solpart for SEO purposes. (Showstopper?)
 2: I can buy a $20 unordered list menu which is good for SEO and have wonderfully styled menus quickly and easily. (Less than 2 pizza's)
 3: IMO It is not reasonable to spend longer on a method if a quicker way delivers the same results?
 4: Most unordered list menus for DNN have a module as well as a skin object so thinks such as sub menus in odd positions showing a menus children take minutes.
 5: Pretty much every serious site built with DNN dumps the DNN menu on day 1?

 Actually I do not understand why DNN does not use an unordered list in the first place?

 Anyone who has not seen some of the possibilities with a proper css menu have a quick look here.

 Just trying to understand.

I am attempting to create a rounded corner tab on the Selected Item only. I have not been able to determine how to do this using the NavMenu. I know how to accomplish this in DHTML and CSS using stacked CSS rules, however figuring out the Control Settings and accompying CSS has been allusive to me as of yet. Does anyone know where I might find an example or provide one?
