Hello everyone,

I have downloaded and installed the Visual Studio Starter Kit in VS 2010, but can't seem to get a new skin created??? I would like to create skins, but having difficulty getting started. Using DNN 5.6.0. Do I have to install DNN on my dev machine?? Can I just open a skin project???

By the way I have just discovered this is a useless download. Oddly the skin template is only located under Visual Basic, even though the module development is all in C# now. And when you create the skin template from here in VS2010, it creates a "Legacy Skin" which is using HTML only instead of ASCX files. So I don't think this step really helps much.

Apparently better to find a skin as a starting point and just edit it.
