Jeff,

You can check to see if a container is used on a module by performing the following select:

           select * from dbo.TabModules where ContainerSrc is not null

You can check to see if a specific skin has been used by performing the following select:
 
    select * from dbo.Tabs where SkinSrc is not null

All non-null values are expicitly requested skins or containers.  Also, the term "Tab" is the original name for pages. 

Note you may need to change the dbo. to the appropriate database owner,  and add a object qualifier if used.

Ok, I went in and did as you said and it worked PERFECTLY! It turns out, somehow, I had a duplicate Home page floating around. I don't have a clue how that happened, but The menu that show the apps, gave the path, I followed it and the page was there. I deleted the page and updated the file and everything worked perfectly!
