Hi Michael,

One easy way to get the DNN framework to load jQuery for you is to check the 'Enable Skin Widgets' setting in Admin > Site Settings, in the Appearance section - this will load it for all pages in the portal. Alternatively, in code you can call DotNetNuke.Framework.jQuery.RequestRegistration() to tell DNN to load it.

Yes I'm guessing this is something specific to the DDR menu module and not the code I'm doing itself since it occured to me other JQuery stuff is running fine. Despite what's listed on the site I'm thinking those JQuery custom attributes need to be defined... or am I looking down the wrong path?

I cross posted on their forum without any luck.

What would be a way to get the menu to drop down at a slower/smoother manner? it seems a bit jerky at the moment, especially on the long menus.
