Hi Nukers,

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction here.

Each portal in my DNN installation (regardless of it's skin) is rendering pages with an incomplete HTML tag at the very end.

Every page in all portals ends in...
 </body> </html
Note the missing ">"

Internet Explorer makes a deal of it, whereas Firefox and others cover it over.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Here's some example sites.  Right-click on a page and "View Page Source" and scroll to the end to see. it.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Rod

check the default.aspx page in the root of your site - it is the owner that loads the controls and as such is the page that contains the html and body tags

Thanks Cathal.

The default.aspx looks fine. It has the complete tag in it.

Hi Guys, any other ideas? The default.aspx is complete and correct, yet still the website is missing the last ">" after the HTML tag.

Thanks,
Rod

Hey Rod,

Try turning off  the site compression and whitespace filters - these seem to be still causing issues with some sites.
