It's bit of a blunt instrument, but throw somthing like this into the skin...

<div id="Nav">
<% If Request.Browser.Browser = "IE" And Request.Browser.MajorVersion = 6 Then%>
<%--IE6 Nav--%>
<dnn:menu menustyle="DNNMega" runat="server"></dnn:menu>
<% Else%>
<%--Other Nav--%>
<dnn:menu menustyle="DNNMega" runat="server"></dnn:menu>
<% End If%>
</div>

Just as an observation.  This technique relies on whatever the browser sends as a 'browser announcement string'.  I doubt it happens much but it is theoretically possible for a user to configure/falsify that string.

Personally - I don't care very much about supporting anyone who does that.
