This is not a normal problem.

Must be something else and it should be solvable.
Could you try to rename your ContentPane and name the pane you have an issue with to ContentPane and try again?

Hi,

I found a workaround for this issue, may be it is the key for resolve it.

I changed the skin back to the original one (MinimalExtropy), and edit it to add my pane (pane1)..
then add my module normally and it is worked
Then change the skin again to my skin and the module will be there in (Pane1).
