I think your skin is installed as an admin skin (if you don't know what that is, forget about it)

I'm guessing your using a German DNN, but I'll give you the terms in English, I don't have a German installation available to test.

You should be able to replace it by loging in  as Admin, then:

1. In the control pane on top: Admin > File manager (might be named differently depending on the version of DNN)
2. Check the "recursive" checkbox on the right top of the file manager.
3. Now you click the link which says "Sync filesystem"
4. Under "Portal" on the left you should now e able to browse to the image and overwrite it.

HTH, if not let me know.

Des weiteren: "if you want to do this hardcoded you have to Change the Skin code on the ascx controls." Was meinst du damit?

The problem is the following: The webpage was built few years ago, and the skin files are no longer stored on any Computer from us. How can I download the skin-files from the web for editing them? If if there were any possibilities to edit the original HTML-sourcecode, that would be much better because I'm used to work with HTML, not with the mask of DotNetNuke...

@Matthias Schlomann: Where can I change the logo? I searched already longtime and didn't find any place, where I can change the logo. I suppose, the logo is within the skin files. And what did you mean with: "if you want to do this hardcoded you have to Change the Skin code on the ascx controls."? Is it possible to open the .ascx files for example with Notepad++ and then I'll see the HTML code?

Thanks for your help

@Timo Breumelhof

Thanks so much! It worked perfectly! That were the folders, I searched after.

Glad you managed to solve it.

BTW, although some see the Netherlands is the vegetable garden of Germany, I'm not German, but Dutch! ;-)
German is no problem for me, but you are not supposed to switch to German.
The reason for this is that others (non German speakers) might have the same problem, Google it, find the post and then cannot read it.
