A suggestion is to remove all the Technical documentation that was last updated in 2006 under the Resources link, as well as update the books list, since nothing is listed past DNN 5.

Documentation for DNN has been woefully inadequate for, well, ever. Almost any thing available is outdated or wrong and little, if anything is officially published.  Many who are interested in simply running DNN as their CMS are turned off by this, especially with the volumes of documentation available for other open source options.

DNN has, after all, been written by programmers for programmers.  Very little in its operation appeals to those who just want to use it to get work done.

Thanks Jeff glad to see I'm not alone... regarding documentation it's really a shame.
But (and this is typical) it's mostly explainable once you see that "making money" is involved and of course in that sense you don't want your clients to be able to do it on their own, do you?
So again I ask, where have you guys been all those years?
