I am running DNN 4.9.2 and Solpart menu. have to run solpart because that is the only menu that the Multilingual page localization system I use works with.

I am planning on upgrading to a newer version later this year (lots of research to do to find versions of modules to replace ones I depend on) but in the meantime I have to keep the site working.

so thanks for the code to force IE 10 to compatibility mode. I will install that.
