I've downloaded fiddler - not sure how to use it though.

In the IE browser tools debugger - I ran an image report and it doesn't list the logo image at all. (but obviously the same page in another browser does list it and show).

It doesn't make any sense because all my skins use the same header and that's where the image is called from. and the same skin shows the image on other pages. And other browsers display the image too.

I've just changed the home logo to a gif from a png and now it displays ok.

the breadcrumb chevrons and DNN / cms logo must also be png files too!

It's good that I can now fix the main error, however, I'm still scratching my head as to why other skins which are built the same way and use the same header file and call the same PNG image worked all along?!
