We cannot help you until we know if the problem is at the server or at the browser.

Is the HTML, for the text editor, being sent to the browser?

Hi richard,

i mentioned clearly, this problem is having in browser IE 11(DNN 7.4.0), but DNN6 it's working fine. 

For the text editor using Telerik.Web.UI.RadEditor.

If Need more info please let me know.

please try to switch to another HTML Editor, you can do this on the page Host :: HTML Editor Manager. I am not sure if CK Editor provider is already included in 7.4.0 (anyway: you should upgrade to 7.4.1 as there are a lot of bugfixes there, but I am not sure if CK Editor is provided there), otherwise download it from here and install it.

Does this solve your problem?

Hi Michael,

Thanks a lot,

Can i have to show "text editor" without change another, Bcz of the internal security purpose client want to use default setting.

also if it take long time means, currently we don't have time to spend new editor.

Please assist have any way to solve this issue without change editor.

there is not too much risk in using the CK Editor provider, and you don't have to change anything, just replace it. The Telerik RAD Editor provider is quite old, the newer Telerik controls are not included in DNN anymore, they only fix browser issues with the old version.

CK Editor provider will be included as the default Text/HTML provider in future versions of DNN, and Telerik RAD provider will deprecate.

Anyway: If it does not work, you can simply change the provider back to it's former settings.
