You tried to convert  blogs into a WSP module, but did you also delete the now unneeded assemblies from bin (i guess dotnetnuke.desktopmodules.blog.*)

Hi,

Yes, first i have removed the dotnetnuke.modules.blog. as th problems persist i have removed the dotnetnuke.modules.blog.sqldataprovider also.

Whe compiling, i recieve 103 errors like those:

I have the same problem.  Stefan, have you actually attempted this with the Blog source?

Hi,

I have managed to solve all namespace problems, and now i can compile the DNNv3 site with blogs source, but when running the corre stops with the exact same error as in DNN v4 :

Reflection.VB line 278 "objType=BuildManager.GetType(TypeName, True, True), when TypeName="DotNetNuke.Modules,Blog.Data.SqlDataProvider, DotNetNuke.Modules.Blog.SqlDataProvider", that throws the error: "System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly "DotNetNuke.Modules.Blog.SqlDataProvider" ...

Help please ...
