Not sure at all - this is on a shared host, so possibly.  How could I tell for certain? 

Also, I would think that process would be more asynchronous - whereas the symptoms as observed are synchronous to the 3rd report being displayed independent of time interval.

Maybe you should try to test your module on a developmental box.

My bad, I re-read the post and foud that you did have a dnn working fine in dev box.

It don't make sense that it work the 1st and 2nd time then failed on the 3rd time.

It not because of restarting unless your server is set up to restart your dnn based on your user's session every third time.

I did notice that the version number is 4.8.0. If that make any differences.
