My project is a Private Assembly, it is a project wich only is located inside the DesktopModules folder, but the project does not see the other moodules, or the other folders outside my project. Is there a way to access this folder anyway?

you can only if your own project is WSP as well i think. If your project is WAP, you cannot reference a dll, simply because there is none
