Have you considered using the TabContainer from the AJAX Control kit?

I have used this successfully in a couple of modules.

Thanks for both of your replies... I was planning on starting deep research into the loadcontrol issue this weekend, you both gave me a good starting place to work from.

I've come to the conclusion that, like admlange said, I need to create a menu design that is flexible and that I can use for multiple modules before I should go any further.

I was checking this one out, the current version only supports .Net 3.5, so I'm not sure if that is a good thing to work with right now.  The older version that support .Net 2.0 is only supposed to work with VS2005, I cannot figure out out how to get it to work in VS2008.

Anyways, looking over the description and watching the video, it looks like that is an awesome way to create tabs and all, but wouldn't that still load ALL controls on one page?  In other words, it appears I could use that to setup the tabs and get a nice menu going, but would still have to use the loadcontrol function in order to load the actual menus individually to conserve page size.  Is this correct?
