I just check with DNN 5.00.01 version.

Just unpack and copy / paste / overwrite with these two dll. Lets check if it is working or not.

Thanks for your reply.  We've unpacked the DLL's into the bin folder.  The Settings control successfully resolves. 

Currently, the setting for the Enable option is 'unchecked'  and the User login is displaying the 'Facebook Login'  

Selecting the Enable option results in an error;  A critical error has occurred.  Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Un-selecting the Enable option results in a similar error.

The results of both attempts is the User login displaying the 'Facebook Login'
