Also, if you did not know - you don't add ScriptManager to your web page (like you would when using visual studio) - let DNN add it. Just check the support partial rendering option when you add module control for that page under module definitions for that module.

The page more than likely would have to be only MS ajax though. Haven't tried to put a module on a page which supports Telerik along with MS ajax. It probably would work. But I am going to try anyways - just to see what happens.
