I never got a chance to do this today, I'll hopefully do it tommorow. I'll have to use a 3.x version, as I don't have any tools to create the CHM for vs.net 2005, but the API is identical.

I have the 4.3.3 source installed locally so I can run it. Which one of the previously mentioned tools would you recommend to run it?

I was under the impression that some of the vb files were missing from my local installation... (but I have not tried to generate the documentation so I don't know.)

afair you need both - install vbcommenter to generate the xml files during compilation and use NDoc to generate the chm from it. Note, that module source is not included, you will need to download source version of modules separately.

If you're creating them in vs.net 2003, you need vbcommenter so that the xml file is created, and then NDOC to create the API CHM. In vs.net 2005 the xml file is created automatically, but NDOC does not currently work in with 2.0 assemblies. The June CTP/VS SDK will be out shortly, and contains a new tool called "Sandcastle" which can be used in 2.0 (see http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=517576&SiteID=1 )
