You don;'t actually NEED to set up multipkle web sites in IIS.  It is a lot neater to mearly set up one web site, and then define multiple host headers for that site.  The DNN framework will read the Host Header info, and display the correct parent portal.

Hi Erik,

Thanks for responding, I found the Url rewriter module, looking through it and the code in Global.asax I was unable to figure out how the Url rewriter module is called. Somewhere in the code the request is being intercepted and Portal settings are being added to the Context, could tell me where in the code this happens?

Thanks for your help.
