What do i need to do to show the system messages module on the admin site settings. I cannot find it it anywhere

i am using the 04.03.04 version

  1. please upgrade to latest version 4.3.7 due to security issues
  2. you need to upload the module, by logging in as host, going to menu item  Host :: Module definition and selecting upload new module. select your module package on the local system and upload (Save) it.
  3. you need to place it onto any page by selecting it from the dropdown list in the control center at the top when being logged is as host, admin or member of another role with page authoring permissions.

where is the system messages modules. where i can get it from. i know how to upload the module. but where i can find the system messages module. what do i need to do.

There's no such module. You might be talking about the lozalizable texts. Those can be customized using the Language editor in Admin>Languages for each portal or Host>Languages for the whole installation.
