Hmmm I'm seeing the homepage issue, it looks like they've added content to the page that forces the content to scroll down.

While we did build the major functionality of the site, the content is maintained by the organization, they actually have their own developers now maintaining and developing code.

Excellent Site.

I noticed that you modified the Events calendar to use Ajax when you mouseover an event.  That is a great enhancement. How difficult was it to implement? I was thinking of making the same change to the Events calendar.

slage, that feature is built in.  just put a description in the event, and it will show up when people mouse over.

Slage, you are correct, the Ajax enhancements in use on the Kiwanis site are custom, the core events module has some event information that pops up when moused over but this enhancement was setup to load the data from the database when requested, rather than building it into every page load like the core module does.

The default Events calendar uses a standard JavaScript "tooltip" popup. The event information and descriptions for every event is hidden in the code. If you have a lots of events or large descriptions the page size can get huge.

Your Events calendar appears to be the same module but uses Ajax for the "tooltip" task. The page size is smaller and descriptions don't get sent to the client unless they are requested. In my opinion this is a great improvement.
