BackItUp is not working on DNN 5.5
I started a fresh DNN 5.5, because I lost whole site, then I installed BackItUp, I created a new page and added it the BackIpUp module, no problems so far, but when I tried to backup I got the error:
"A critical error has occurred.
BACKUP DATABASE permission denied in database 'db01'. BACKUP DATABASE is terminating abnormally."
The user is the creator and owner for that database so should have any permissions. My host is WhoIs (everything unlimited).
Please help, I don't want to loose everything again and I don't have money to buy an expensive module so you are my hope.

The module has not been tested for compatibility with DNN 5.5 but by the looks of the error message it appears that this might be environment related.  One of the shortcomings of this module is that it requires the web server and SQL server to be physically located on the same machine, if this is not the case the backup will fail since it will not be able to access the drive of the remote server.

Let me know if the web and SQL servers are on the same machine and I can troubleshoot further.

Thanks.

Derek
