Thanks for the correct link but , I am unable to add images in gallery. When I go to the settings it asks me for folder , I am not sure what to write here, If I needed to add folder in files then I created folder in portal root named say "Girl" & added few images in Girl folder & I try to add folder name like /Girl , but it wont show any images in gallery. Please help.

Thank you ,

Regards,

Sunny

Sunny,
When you say portal root do you mean the actual dnn root or the site root?
If you installed DNN at C:\mywebsites\DNN
Then you would have to add the folder to C:\DNN\Portals\0\Girl
not C:\DNN\Girl

Also note that in Portals\0 the 0 may vary depending on where that site is stored.

I only tested this module once so If I'm incorrect please mention it.

Thanks for the quick support , yes you are correct. I also followed similar post on forums.asp.net website . Followed Amit's instructions :

Go to module settings, the default module settings.
Under the collapsed group named ALTBGallery Settings you need to write as follows:

Let's assume your portal directory tree looks like this:

portals/0/galleries -> folder with subfolders only
portals/0/galleries/my pics   -> folder with subfolders only
portals/0/galleries/my pics/my pet   -> folder with JPEGS and no subfolders
portals/0/galleries/my/pics/my house  -> folder with JPEGS and no subfolders

So, in order to show "my pics" as a gallery with 2 albums (my pet, my house) you need to enter at ALTBGallery settings:

galleries/my pics

The module will use your true portal id, if you are in a multi portal env.

That's it. Try this.
Again, make sure your portal root is syncronized in DB (use admin file manager, and NOT host file manager)

Also this post is very useful for many concerns on this gallery you can check complete post here : http://forums.asp.net/t/998334.aspx

Thanks ,

Regards,

-Sunny.
