Sorry for the delay...

Here we are: go into IIS Management Console, right click on Applications Pools:
Page Recycling:
Recycle worker process in minutes 1740
    Disable all others
Performance:
Limit the Kernel Request Queue 4000
    Disable all others
Max numbers of worker processes 1 (if DNN is the only site with the only AppPool !)
Health:
   Enable Pinging 30
Enable Rapid Fail enabled, following values in order of apperiance 5, 5, 90, 90

But be careful: when not unloading for such a long time, the resources will be kept for this time in memory.

Hope this explanation is ok

so... in order to use it you have to leave your personal computer switched on and the user have to be login at all time! if your personal computer off you lose the "keep alive" idea. if your computer restart your "keep alive" is dead.if you want to use the browser with secure setting you lose the keep alive since refresh is off and so on... is your personal computer is a server?!? is it ready to work as a server (backup power/reload/restart/backups..) ?!? if so why not to use it as a server and host the site this is not the way to keep a site alive. the way to do it is to use service and not desktop application. if you can install the srvice on the server so this is the best... if not u can use your personal computer to run the program as a service and you dont have to control it as a desktop application written this service can take 30-40 min most. all you need is a request to the site every X sec.
