I have been dealing with this particular hack which results from an unpatched Parallels Plesk vulnerability, NOT from a DotNetNuke vulnerability which affected 14 different websites spread across three different hosting providers for about a week now with two sites having been re-infected yesterday even though Plesk control panel and FTP passwords were changed following the first attack. In both cases involving re-infection the Plesk control panel software still has not been patched by the hosting provider. Here are a couple of links to more information sent to me by my primary hosting provider, DNN4Less, which did patch its Plesk software soon after the first attack:
