Thanks for the prompt reply. That survey module is helpful for me, but i am sorry to say that it takes a vote from a user once. Let's suppose after few days if we change our question then the user whose cookie is set to true. he wont be able to vote for the next question. Is there any solution so that if a user have already done a voting for a question and after few days a new question arise then he should be able to vote that new question.

Thanks again for the reply. I found that useful and it works. I need to ask one more thing that can we decrease the font size of the question which we are getting now. Its size is 11.5 and font used is arial. So can we change the font size as well as the font type. please let me know.
