I have been thinking about somehting like using Popfly in conjunction with Workflow to visually build quite complicated applicaations using Surface.  Check out this video and think about how cool that would be as a Surface app.

You just reminded me to sign up at http://www.popfly.ms/Default.aspx?signin=true I was at a Microsoft event yesterday and they said they are going to open it up to new testers soon.
