I'm looking for a module where I can create a form and have the user's input sent to a specific email address. The Survey module does not do the job. Any suggestions?

Another great option is XMOD.  Check out the details at www.dnndev.com.   I've been using this mod for years and it's a very good forms module.  In addition,  I've been able to use it to develop a lot of data driven functionality that DNN can't do (or to get around a missing feature in an existing DNN module).

Check it out, it's great and has a large support community.
