Heh, I tried to save a little bit of time by doing that query from memory on the first try...  
I just try to help out when I see something I can help with, but thanks for noticing.

There is a bug in the module installer that is setting SupportedFeatures = -1 when the module does not support things like Import/Export, Search, etc.
Running that query just sets them from the invalid -1 to zero.  It is safe to run it for all modules.
