I would like to bring to the attention of whoever is looking for bugs during the dogfooding process of the current version displayed at dotnetnuke.com; but don't know where to report it. Please describe what is supposed happen during the dogfooding phase and where bugs observed should be reported.

Thanks!

Reuven

if you encounter issues causes by the dogfooded component (core framework or specific modules), please discuss here and/or report into our public issue tracker at support.dotnetnuke.com, thank you.

I actually did look over there but could not find the appropriate forum to report the following bug:

If you click on the link above to Join a User Group Today you will see that the Google Map is supposed to display a world map of User Group locations but doesn't... It seems to only display in the top left quadrant of the display area and then as you drag the map around to navigate to another part of the world it refreshes only a part of that section of the screen, this plus the fact that when you click on a location icon it someones might or might not take you to the website of the User Group you clicked on. I find it completely unusable if this is the only way to Join A User Group. I am hoping that this has to do with a dogfooding process to test the Map Module which was just released, but I am not sure of this either.

It's not made very clear. The only place you can post over there is in the Core Framework Public section. The word public is the only hint. You'll find dropdowns for specific modules and framework areas when you're making the post.

However, the problem you're seeing (and I can confirm) is really one for the webmaster of the website to look into first. You can try to offical address off the contact page, but in my experience here it has always been a bit of a black hole: webmaster@dotnetnuke.com

Sebastian will probably know exactly who to get hold of?

Rob

this issue is not caused by DNN 4.8.1 upgrade, I encountered it already weeks ago. I will try to get hold of the webmaster, if there is a chance to fix it. Thank you.
