maybe I am wrong..  I had to clear the event log due to 200MB of wasted sql space (probably a bug in upgrades over 3 years from 4.5 to 4.8)

anyhow, looks like this might be the issue but I really don't know.   I'm using apps with an axd extension and it caches and throws random errors, "not cached"..

I guess I'm trying to figure out why this was put in and why it was never talked about.   I thought axd was a common extension
