I ran the script that Mitchell advised, and am getting fewer but still many errors.  Also, it is absolutely not the transaction log, and I followed this post  http://www.dnncreative.com/Forum/tabid/88/forumid/4/postid/3814/view/topic/Default.aspx   to change the settings on various logs and to clear them out.  My host has "nightly processes in place on their database servers that shrink all log files automatically."  This is one DNN installation with one hosted domain, and 8 parent portals  (domain aliases) and two child portals (domain aliases).  The parent and child portals are displaying correctly, but the hosted domain is not.  The skin is not loading properly. I am not sure how much of the error messages would be helpful to share, but if anyone would need to see them in order to diagnose my issues, then I could post another sample.

Looks like one of your module causes error with ISearchable interface. You can turn off search reindexing until you find what module causes this problem. Or you should shrink your logs every day (or less). It depends on visitors count.
