Thank you very much Sebastian!

Erik,  I was really only half complaining, hoping that someone might finally notice me.  See, it worked .    Actually, I didn't have too much trouble getting up to speed on DNN so I didn't have a lot of posts here on that.  Most of them were on the old Community forums.  Later, when I could have helped some beginners with posts, someone always beat me to it becasue of the moderation so I just didn't bother much.  I will try to be more helpful moving forward!

Bill

Ok, Im still being moderated and I truly do understand this rule and appreciate that both have ups and downs, but really, the support I receive is so untimely that its just not considered helpful in our fast-paced environment. Maybe you can just unmoderate me now please and I will be happy? I would suggest you have a policy for this. Maybe if someone requests to be unmoderated you can fullfill their wish by reviewing their last 2-3 posts and determining if they are spam or not. I havent posted that much at all - no. But now is the time I need the most support and the fastest since I am new to DNN. It just doens not make logical sense except for maybe this method is easier on you guys which I have to say is not fair. Your users are the majority and should be thought of first. I hope my comments on this matter have assisted you in looking into your policies further for adjustment.

FYI we've reviewed our forums moderation policy and cut the number of posts required to become unmoderated. This is still a rough guide as moderators can still unmoderate when they feel approriate i.e. if a user has provided a number of information/useful posts, but generally speaking we've cut the number of posts needed in half, this should lead to users become unmoderated much quicker whilst still assuring that no spam, advertising, flaming or trolling posts get accepted.

Wow!  I am extremely happy that you have done this. I am sure this compromise is a win-win situation! Looking forward to being unmoderated!! =o)
