 Rick,
Again, we never prevented you from accessing support.  We never even closed your ticket until you told us you were no longer interested in upgrading.  At anytime you could have re-opened your ticket.  Also, I never said there was a single particular issue that was preventing you from upgrading.  We resolved your actual incident that same day and you acknowledged this.  I outlined the proper migration steps for you and help bring your site back online after your first failed attempt.  I offered to handle your upgrade for you but suggested we hold off since we were having random issues with your hosting provider.  Your current version was stable and we were trying to keep it that way.

As I said in your ticket, I would have upgraded your site for you immediately if thats what you wanted.  I did say that I didn't recommend it given the current status of the 5 other clients, but if thats what you wanted I would have done that.  You replied with your opinion of our product and said you were not interested in upgrading.  I even offered you a refund.

You didn't post here for support.  You posted here to vent and tell others about your situation, just like you said you would do in your ticket.  You haven't even logged into our site in over month.

Ok how about you just stop right there or you will see me vent.  Let's end this conversation right here.

This post is being locked on the basis of published forum policy.  While we make every effort to permit as much freedom as possible, it is not in anyone's interest to permit the DotNetNuke.com forums to become a battleground.  This is neither an endorsement nor a reprimand of any party.  It is simply our responsibility to preserve the integrity of the forum for the majority of users.  It is our sincere hope that any open issues may be resolved between the parties in question by other avenues.

If posts can be made which address the issue of identifying and resolving a technical issue, they will be welcome.  But any further posting which involves subjective issues are discouraged.
