John,

the source code on codeplex is for current version, not yet included with DNN 4.9.1 or 5.0.0. it has been released separately. Note that this is not the package format used to install with DNN 5.

We are working to update the downloads page, there are a couple of administrative tasks and limited resources.

I'll have to check, but since I will be compiling those along with the rest of the project then I don't mind having the latest. 

To save confusion it would be really nice if the WebControls and FckEditor provider source that has been compiled for a specific DNN release is included with the source version of DNN.
