- Restart the IIS if you can - if you own the server.

- Back to square 1. let's Isolate the issue.
Right now, you are pointing the Virtual directory to, i assume, sometihng like C://MyWebsites/DNNs/My_dnnsite/
Create a folder called "Test" somewhere else ( C://MyWebsites/DNNs/Test/ ) and place a index.html (with text "hello world").  Create a virtual directory called "Test" and point it to the folder.  Are you able to access www.abc.com/Test/ and see "Hello World"?

Is there a www host in your DNS for the abc.com domain?  And does it point to your IIS web site's IP address?

If you post the real domain name we can test from outside to see what your resolution is showing.
