 You should do a thorough search of all your DB tables and check for a unique piece of the offending web address (such as "tizag").  You can use a SQL query to do your DB table searching for you -- I'd posted a commonly used one in the following thread.

See this thread on the same "I've been hacked" topic:

Jeff, I am unable to login to the portal. Is there a way I can navigate directly to the login page for my portal? Maybe the redirect is in the home page somewhere? Thanks Isla

Problem fixed!

Thanks to everyone who responded to the thread.

The problem was that the following code was in the Title field of the home page:
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL=http://by-nasah.blogspot.com">

I am assuming that this person somehow got hold of an admin password and changed this value or there is a vulnerability that allows them to do this without logging in.

Here is the fix that worked for me in case anyone else encounters this:

- Following Sebastian's instructions below,  log in to your portal by typing in the link to the login page (bypassing the home page).
- Upon login the home page displays and you will be redirected to the hacker page.
-Click on the back button on the browser. This will take you back to the login screen but you should already be logged in.
-Clicked on the home page and press the esc (stop) button before the redirection starts. This took a couple of attempts.
- Once your home page is displayed, Click on the page settings link and make sure displayed field values are what they should be.
