I want to make quick addendum to my previous post... I've been having trouble with iHost for awhile... However, when recently sending an email showing I'd found other posts similar to my frustrations - my database was migrated and over the past week, my sites are running like rock stars!  I really believe in iHost and despite my frustrations - am sticking with them...  Perhaps they are on the cusp of becoming more reliable and the technical support has always been VERY promtp...  Just a few possitives after some not so hot reviews...

Just noticed this thread, and thought I'd add my two cents regarding Mr. Syed's "shadiness", as I've recently had the misfortune of dealing with him at a professional level.

I've been involved with DotNetNuke skinning since early 2004, have worked with many of you at one time or another, and have been very impressed by the integrity of everyone in the DNN community, and I'm happy to say that in 5+ years, Mr. Syed has been the only exception to that rule.

I won't go into detail, but I recently worked with him on a project, and it soon became clear that his professional demeanour and business ethics are rather questionable, a small example of which has been demonstrated in this thread.

My advice for anyone looking for DNN hosting services is to select an established and trusted provider. In the past, I've used CrystalTech, and currently use PowerDNN. Both provide good monthly rates and performance, although I have to give PowerDNN the edge when it comes to service.

P.S. In the interest of full disclosure, I have some done work with PowerDNN in past :)

DNN4LESS is actually operated by Sean Syed, the same entrepreneurial gentleman who was, somewhat underhandedly, promoting himself earlier in this thread. It has been up and running for only a few weeks, so it might be a good idea to take all "best experience" recommendations from first-time forum posters with a grain of salt ;)

I agree with you.
