Yes, but there's a little bit more to creating a module than just that. (Not much though). Your class should inherit PortalModuleBase for example.

But really, I'd recommend to download the starterkit and start using the templates that come with it, you'll definitely learn how to make a module quicker that way, as opposed to just start to write code.

    By using the PortalModuleBase's UserInfo property I get the details I want.

    Can you please tell me, If it is possible to add a new field in the registration form. I need to add email, shipping address field in additional.

Yes, you can change the userprofile yourself.

If I remember well, you need to go to Admin, User Accounts and edit profile properties there.\

    One more doubt. The site I am developing(in DNN) takes long time to load. What is the reason? and how can I solve this to load a little bit faster. Is any thing to modify in the admin panel.
