I'd suggest to combine form and List (aka UserDefinedTable) module with a profile property.

  • create a user profile property "salescontact", containing a code (name) of the sales person.
  • on an internal page, add a form and List (FnL) module and set up fields:
    - SalesCode
    - Address
  • go to target page and use "copy exisiting module" in control panel to create a reference to existing FnL module
  • setup rendering of the sales data appropriately (e.g. address only)
  • enter a filter statement "[profile:salescontact] = [SalesCode]"
