Thanks for your help.   I think I am ok now with the solution that I came up with.   Our web site is currently through a third party provider which I have been trying to retain due to two modules dealing with Patient Information that I could not replicate in house, however, they are still using version 3.1 and it is very limited to the direction we want to go.   I talked with them last night and in January / February they will be upgrading to 5.5 and have a module that will work similar to the Bonosoft module with the child pages listed to the left.   The solution I am using with the multiple pages and the child link module will get me through the demos of my home grown system.

From the link provided above I have learned of a few modules that I will research further to see if they are of any use.
