I will try to assist ... please answer each of the following: Where does the error occur? Please paste in the full error that is logged in the Admin>Event Viewer (if you can use it) What is your DNN version?

#pageinfo is created in temp db. if database collation is other than database collation, this error occurs.usually you may work around by adding "collate database default" in join.

An error has occurred.
Error: Log Viewer is currently unavailable.

This is what i get when I use a host-level account:

Are you absolutely sure that the 3 values returned by this query are the same? SELECT DATABASEPROPERTYEX( 'DotNetNuke or whatever your DNN database is called' , 'Collation' ) AS DotNetNukeDB_Collation, DATABASEPROPERTYEX( 'tempdb' , 'Collation' ) AS TempDB_Collation, SERVERPROPERTY( 'Collation' ) AS Server_Default_Collation
