Install fiddler on two differently behaving computers and look for differences in what travels between them and the server. There has to be a reason...

You may discover that some piece of network equipment is filtering the traffic between the server and (some of) the computers. You might want fiddler at the server too.

I have another DNN site and I was able to log in and edit the other site from one of the computers giving us trouble. So it has be be site specific.
