Indeed, the entire EVOQ name change seemed odd to me. I suppose the stats are correct for that product. Dotnetnuke, however, was a mature products with a lot of users around the world. I can't figure out why this company wanted to distance themselves from a great product with great stats. Beyond me, really.

I can only say my observation as newbie. Well, DNN is proven their reliability to theirs for many years. They are continuing to innovate their software according to the needs of their client and what their clients will be needing as years goes by.

Agree with Wes on his points. However, the site looks much better than it did a year ago.

As someone who sells DNN and Evoq sites, I've been able to craft that first impression myself before sending them to the dnnsoftware site. If the comparison numbers come up in conversation, it's easy (for me anyways) to turn those around and argue that DNN is "Professional Strength" solution in comparison. You need to study the other CMS solutions and formulate your kill points on those platforms.
