Yes.  The Advanced Email Manager at dnn-modules.com is great, and very fully-featured and robust.

I am looking for a newsletter module that is a bit more advanced than the built-in DNN. I would prefer it to be able to handle bounces.

Found these two modules at Snowcovered and wondered if anyone out there has any experience from these?

Advanced Email & News Manager 2.6

Opt in Email V2.5

Are they equal? Are there other alternatives inside DNN?

The Advanced Email Manager is the same one I just referred you to in my first reply to your post.  It does handle bounces.

I've also got the opt-in one.  It's simpler and less capable, but I use it for some portals where the administrators aren't savvy enough for a full-featured complex product.
