Please note that this at present the review program is only active for tier 1 reviews. In many cases these reviews can be automated and much time has been spent writing applications to do this (hence the relatively cheap price of reviews). Security reviews were discussed, but due to the considerable additional efforts required to do either black-box (no source code) or white-box (with source code so it can be reviewed line by line), it is not feasible to do it in tier1. It will likely form part of a later review offering.
