Does anyone know if any version of DNN is certified for use by the Military.  Specifically, I need to know if I could recommend it for a project involving the Navy.

Thanks in advance.

I believe that a private company is using it with modified core for use in an intelligence branch of the gov't.

Thanks for your speedy reply.

Since it was for an Intelligence Agency, I don't imagine they would be to willing to talk much about it.

I was hoping that someone would reply back and say that there is an approval process that DNN has been through.

I doubt they would.  I have heard that the agency was impressed with the  DNN security model. I wish i could remember the guy.  I used to see him all the time on the asp.net forums.

DotNetNuke has not been through a direct approval process for any of the world's Military departments that I know of.

I have heard several times of developers implementing DotNetNuke in a Military environment though, and some specific things have been changed in DotNetNuke to make them pass because of requests from the developers on these engagements.
